RSI = a short‑term “heat” gauge (high=hot, low=cold). Offense: hold TQQQ/TECL; if heat is extreme, briefly buy UVXY (“fear”). Defense: use SQQQ (goes up when Nasdaq falls) or Treasuries (TLT/TMF/SHY/BIL). Sharp weekly drops trigger buy‑the‑dip or short, then back to TQQQ. Rebalanced daily.
