About

Rides big‑tech uptrends with TQQQ, hedges when overheated, and in weak markets toggles among leveraged tech, semis, inverse QQQ, or short‑term bonds using “hot/cold” readings and 20/50/200‑day trend signals.
NutHow it works
Uses TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100). - Uptrend (price > 200‑day avg): hold TQQQ; unless extremely hot (RSI>79) → 66% UVXY (volatility) + 34% BIL (T‑bills). - Else: if TQQQ very cold (RSI<35) → TECL (3x tech); else if SOXL (3x semis) very cold (RSI<30) → SOXL; else if TQQQ < 50‑day avg: if >20‑day → TQQQ; otherwise pick the stronger of BSV (short bonds) or SQQQ (3x inverse). RSI = 0–100 hot/cold; moving avg = past‑X‑day average.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~97% annualized return vs SPY ~22%, Sharpe ~1.42 vs 1.29, Calmar ~2.43. Strong risk-adjusted tech rotation with hedges; note drawdowns can approach ~40%.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
