About

A daily, all‑in switch between TQQQ (+3x Nasdaq‑100) and SQQQ (−3x) based on two checks: price vs 20‑day average (trend) and RSI (heat). Mostly long in uptrends, short in downtrends; flips at extreme overbought/oversold. High risk.
NutHow it works
Daily it puts 100% in one of two Nasdaq‑100 funds: TQQQ (~+3x each day) or SQQQ (~−3x). 1) Trend: if TQQQ is above its 20‑day average, that’s an uptrend; else downtrend. 2) Heat (RSI = 0–100 speed gauge): >80 overheated; ≤30 washed‑out. Uptrend → TQQQ, unless overheated → SQQQ. Downtrend → SQQQ, unless washed‑out → TQQQ. Rebalanced daily. Very volatile.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy delivers higher growth than the S&P 500: about 37% annualized vs 24%, with positive alpha and a Calmar around 0.76. Nasdaq-100 exposure offers clear upside, with manageable drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
