This strategy splits money into 4 parts. One part chases the strongest turbocharged U.S. stock funds when the market trend is healthy. One part buys sharp tech dips. One part bets on volatility after markets get too overheated. One part turns defensive or even bets against the Nasdaq in weak markets. It also changes its “safe” asset depending on whether bonds are acting well or poorly.
