Every 3 months, the strategy looks at 11 major U.S. stock market sectors and asks: which 2 did the worst over the last 20 trading days (about 1 month)? It then splits the money equally between those 2 sectors and holds them until the next quarterly check. In plain English: it buys the recent losers, betting they may bounce back.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
