About

Daily tactical mix of mega-cap stocks (tech-heavy), volatility trades, and bond rotation. Adds UVXY when markets look hot or jumpy, holds SVXY when calm, and buys 3x stock ETFs on deep dips. Bonds switch among Treasuries or inverse. Uses leveraged/vol ETFs.
NutHow it works
Rebalanced daily across 4 sleeves. 1) Mega-cap stocks, giving more to calmer names. 2) Vol hedge: switch to UVXY (up when fear spikes) when RSI/vol look hot; else hold mega-caps. 3) Vol carry: usually SVXY (up when fear fades); on deep dips buy 3x stock ETFs or flip to UVXY. 4) Bonds: switch among TMF/TLT (long Treasuries), TMV (inverse), or safer BND/SHV using trend/RSI. RSI is a 0–100 gauge of stretch vs. oversold.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy delivers ~9.6% return with a low 0.39 SPY beta and Calmar ~1.52, signaling strong risk-adjusted performance. Dynamic volatility hedges and bond tilts diversify and cushion draws vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
