This strategy watches two “warning lights”: UVXY (a fear/market-stress fund) and UPRO (a turbocharged S&P 500 fund used as a signal). If market fear is high, it may hide in short-term bonds/cash-like assets, hold steadier big stocks, or even buy UVXY itself. If fear is lower, it buys a small basket of large U.S. stocks, favoring either recent winners or steadier names, while giving smaller positions to the more volatile ones.
