Daily: 1) If QQQ or SPY are extremely overbought, buy volatility (VIXY/UVXY). 2) Else run 5 risk-on/risk-off tests. If risk-on and SPY > its 200‑day avg, hold 3x bulls (TQQQ/TECL). If risk-off or trend weak, hold hedges (SQQQ/PSQ) or Treasuries (TLT). Equal‑weight the 5 picks; rebalance daily.
