This strategy is a fast-moving market-timing system focused mostly on big U.S. tech stocks. It checks whether markets look strong, overheated, weak, or panicky using price trends and short-term momentum. In good conditions it buys leveraged Nasdaq funds; in bad conditions it shifts to cash-like Treasury bills, short bonds, or funds that rise when Nasdaq falls. It also uses bond-market and inflation-expectation signals as a “weather report” to decide how aggressive to be.
