About

Rules-based, daily switcher focused on small caps. It holds TNA in uptrends, hedges with UVXY or flips to TZA when markets look overheated or fear spikes, and otherwise rotates into bonds, dollar, gold/silver, or short financials. Uses leveraged ETFs; high risk.
NutHow it works
Each day it tries to ride small-cap rallies and step aside when danger rises. If recent price heat (an overbought/oversold gauge) is extreme in big indexes, it hedges with volatility (UVXY) or flips to a small-cap bear (TZA). If fear spikes or trends weaken, it shifts to safer mix: short Treasuries/cash-like bonds, U.S. dollar, gold/silver, or shorts financials when that sector cracks. When small caps sit above long-term averages, it holds TNA; otherwise it de-risks.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample stats show this strategy underperforms the S&P: negative annualized return, large 55% max drawdown, and a modest Sharpe ~0.25. It’s best as a diversification hedge, not core S&P-beating growth.
