A high-risk switching strategy that moves between leveraged long-term bonds, leveraged tech, a volatility fund, and short-term Treasuries based on whether stocks look overheated, bonds look strong, or tech looks washed out.

This strategy always puts 100% of the money into just one holding. It first checks if US stocks look overheated. If big tech (QQQ) or the broad market (SPY) has risen too fast recently, it buys VIXY, which tends to rise when market fear jumps. If not, it checks whether long-term Treasury bonds look stronger than cash-like Treasury bills. If they do, it usually buys TMF, a leveraged fund tied to long-term US government bonds, unless conditions look too stretched. If bonds are not the better setup, it looks for a rebound in tech. When tech has fallen hard recently, it buys TECL, a leveraged technology fund. Otherwise it hides in SHV, a very short-term Treasury fund.

Out-of-sample, this strategy targets ~36% annualized returns vs S&P ~17.6%, with Calmar ~1.53. It switches 100% into leveraged bonds, tech, volatility, or cash to chase big upside—higher drawdowns, but stronger upside potential.
