About
A daily bear-market trading strategy that uses big-tech market signals to switch between shorting tech, buying aggressive rebound trades, or hiding in cash and bonds.
This strategy watches QQQ, a fund that tracks many giant tech-heavy companies like Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and Nvidia.
It asks a few simple questions each day: Is big tech above or below its recent trend? Has it risen too fast? Has it fallen so hard that a bounce may be near?
Based on that, it goes all-in on just one idea at a time: bet against tech, bet on a sharp tech rebound, or hide in cash-like or Treasury bond funds.
Out-of-sample annualized return ~28% vs S&P ~21%, with disciplined risk via Calmar 1.18 and nimble tech bets (shorts, rebounds, bonds). Higher upside, structured risk, aiming for stronger long-run growth than the S&P.
