This strategy checks the market every day and puts all its money into just one idea at a time. If big stock indexes look too overheated, it buys UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when fear surges. If tech looks sharply beaten down, it buys TECL, a turbocharged tech fund. Otherwise it mainly watches Apple: if Apple is trending up, it buys AAPB (2x Apple). If conditions are weak, it may sit in SHV, a very low-risk short-term Treasury fund.
