About

A tactical system that flips between cash, leveraged tech, and leveraged long/short Apple or Tesla. It uses a simple “heat” gauge (RSI) on major indexes and bonds to decide when to step aside, buy dips, or bet for/against AAPL or TSLA.

RSI = a 0–100 “heat” gauge of recent price moves; >80 very hot, <31 very cold. Symbols: QQQ big‑tech index; SPY S&P 500; TQQQ 3× QQQ; TECL 3× tech; BIL T‑Bills (cash); IEF 7–10yr Treasuries; PSQ short QQQ; AAPB/AAPD long/short Apple; TSLL/TSLS long/short Tesla. Rules: 1) If QQQ or SPY is very hot (>80), park in BIL. 2) Else if TQQQ is very cold (<31), buy TECL. 3) Else go long Apple/Tesla if bonds (IEF) look stronger than short‑QQQ (PSQ); otherwise go short. It favors the name that’s been weaker/jumpier over the last 21 days and equal‑weights the picks.
