A tech‑tilted, rules‑based trader that shifts between cash, leveraged tech, and bull/bear Apple or Tesla. It uses simple overbought/oversold checks and a bonds‑vs‑bearish‑Nasdaq test, blended across several recent time windows. High risk, very active.

It’s a short-term switcher. It reads RSI (a 0–100 speedometer of recent moves) on QQQ, SPY, Treasuries (IEF) and bearish‑Nasdaq (PSQ). If markets look overheated, it parks in T‑Bills (BIL). If tech looks washed out, it buys TECL. Otherwise it goes long or short Apple (AAPB/AAPD) or Tesla (TSLL/TSLS) based on bonds vs bearish‑Nasdaq. It repeats this over 5 lookback windows and equal‑weights the picks.
