About

A fast, rule‑based swing strategy that shifts between leveraged tech (TQQQ), volatility hedges (UVXY/SVXY), Treasury trades (TMF/TMV), and cash (BIL), using simple signals (trend, overbought/oversold, recent drawdowns) to dial risk up or down quickly.
NutHow it works
It reads short‑term signals to label markets as: overheated, crashy, or normal. Overheated (RSI high on tech via TQQQ) → hedge with UVXY (volatility). Crashy → if bonds are stable, buy oversold tech or rotate into the calmest picks across tech, rates (TMF/TMV), and volatility (SVXY/VIXM); if bonds also crack, hold BIL (cash). Normal → above trend: go heavy TQQQ plus a calm diversifier; below trend: mostly cash unless bonds look strong, then a contrarian TQQQ buy.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: ~19.65% annualized return vs ~19.10% for the S&P. A regime-driven blend of leveraged tech, volatility hedges, and Treasuries targets higher upside with built-in hedges—though drawdowns can be larger.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
