A rules-based portfolio that sizes crypto exposure by Bitcoin’s 4‑year cycle and runs an equity sleeve that hedges when markets are overheated, buys 3× bull ETFs in deep selloffs, and otherwise holds the strongest large caps.
NutHow it works
It times the 4‑year Bitcoin cycle. Years 1–3: 80% in a Bitcoin‑stock basket (MSTR, COIN, miners, plus some BIL for cash) and 20% in a stock‑momentum sleeve. Year 4: 80% momentum, 20% Bitcoin basket. The momentum sleeve uses SPY’s RSI (a 0–100 “heat meter”). If very hot (>77), hedge with VIXM (tends to rise when stocks fall). If very cold (<30), buy the best 2 of TECL/TNA/SPXL (3× bull funds). Otherwise, hold the 3 strongest big U.S. stocks (e.g., MSFT, AAPL, NVDA).
