A cycle-based, RSI-driven portfolio that alternates between Bitcoin-cycle phases and a crypto-equity sleeve, uses SPY momentum to hedge with VIXM, and selects top momentum stocks plus crypto miners, with a cash proxy and occasional leveraged ETFs; no automatic daily rebalancing.

1) The strategy is organized into Bitcoin-cycle regime blocks. Each regime has its own asset targets and rules. 2) A market signal using SPY’s 14-day RSI decides whether to hedge (via VIXM) or to search for momentum stocks. 3) If hedging is not triggered, the algorithm ranks assets by short-term momentum (RSI based) over a ~46-day window and selects the top 3 to own, assigning a large share to those positions. 4) In parallel, a crypto-sleeve is included with fixed crypto-related names (MSTR, COIN, MARA, HUT, BITF, RIOT) and a cash proxy (BIL); weights allocate more to crypto bets while keeping liquidity. 5) There is also a sub-block that may tilt toward leveraged ETFs (TECL, TNA, SPXL) when certain momentum criteria are met. 6) Rebalancing is not automatic; the plan follows calendar-based regime shifts and predefined weights, rather than continuous daily rebalancing.

Out-of-sample edge: ~62% annualized return vs ~10% (S&P), Calmar 1.55 and Sharpe ~1.15. Uses SPY RSI hedges and Bitcoin-cycle tilt for higher risk-adjusted upside. Note: drawdowns can be larger in stress (about 40%).
