It flips the mix based on Bitcoin’s 4‑year cycle. In years 1–3 after a halving, ~80% goes to Bitcoin‑sensitive stocks (MicroStrategy, Coinbase, BTC miners) and ~20% to a tactical stock sleeve. In year 4, it’s the reverse. The tactical sleeve holds the 3 strongest large U.S. stocks; if the S&P 500 looks very hot (by a simple price “speedometer”), it hedges with a volatility fund; if very cold, it adds a small dose of 3× bull ETFs.
