This strategy splits money across several mini-strategies. They constantly check whether markets look calm, panicky, overheated, or beaten down. If things look dangerous, they shift toward short-term Treasuries, the US dollar, gold, or volatility hedges. If conditions look favorable, they buy aggressive funds tied to tech, the S&P 500, or semiconductors. It also makes separate bets on whether interest rates are rising or falling.
