About

All-in, rules-based rotation among leveraged tech, inverse Nasdaq, volatility, or short-term bonds. Uses a 200-day trend filter and short-term “heat” (RSI) to ride tech uptrends, bet on brief volatility spikes when too hot, and defend in downtrends.
NutHow it works
Funds: TQQQ=3x Nasdaq‑100; TECL=3x tech; SOXL=3x semis; SQQQ=3x inverse Nasdaq; UVXY=leveraged volatility; BSV=short‑term bonds. It checks trend and “heat” (RSI=0–100 speed of recent moves; >70 hot, <30 cold; MAs=average price over X days). If TQQQ > 200‑day avg: hold TQQQ, unless RSI>79 then switch to UVXY. If below: try oversold bounces (TECL, then SOXL). If still weak (<20‑day avg), choose SQQQ or BSV by which is stronger; else TQQQ.
CheckmarkValue prop
A rules-based tech-rotation strategy with a strong out-of-sample edge: ~101% annualized return vs SPY’s ~22%, and Calmar ~4.41 for risk-adjusted strength. Captures tech upside with disciplined risk controls—though drawdowns can be larger in downturns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
