A rules‑based, very aggressive tech strategy: ride Nasdaq uptrends with 3x ETFs, briefly flip to volatility when things look too hot, and in downtrends either buy oversold tech/semis or rotate to 3x inverse Nasdaq or short‑term bonds.

It first checks if TQQQ (a 3x Nasdaq fund) is in a long‑term uptrend. If yes, it holds TQQQ—unless a short‑term “heat gauge” (RSI, 0–100) is very hot (>79), then it switches to UVXY (a volatility fund). If not in an uptrend, it buys oversold tech (TECL) or semis (SOXL). If weakness persists, it chooses either SQQQ (3x inverse Nasdaq) or BSV (short‑term bonds) based on which is acting stronger; otherwise it goes back to TQQQ.
