Tech‑heavy, all‑in switcher. Rides TQQQ when the trend is up, parks in short‑term Treasuries when overheated, buys sharp tech/semiconductor dips (TECL/SOXL) in downtrends, or falls back to QQQ or short‑term Treasuries (BSV) when weakness persists.

Uses TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100) as its engine. Checks a long‑term trend (price vs 200‑day avg) and RSI, a 0–100 “hot/cold” score from recent moves. If uptrend: hold TQQQ unless very hot (RSI>79) → park in SHV (short‑term Treasuries). If downtrend: if TQQQ very cold (RSI<31) buy TECL (3x Tech); else if chips very cold (SOXL RSI<30) buy SOXL (3x Semis); else if TQQQ below its 20‑day avg, hold the stronger of QQQ or BSV (short‑term Treasuries) by RSI; otherwise hold TQQQ.
