It uses two signals: (1) trend (is price above its moving average?) and (2) RSI, a short-term “hot/cold” score from 0–100 (high=overheated, low=washed-out). It rotates daily among leveraged ETFs: TQQQ/SQQQ=Nasdaq ±3x; SPXL/UPRO=S&P 500 +3x; TECL=tech +3x; TMF/TMV/TLT=long/short Treasuries; UGL/GLL=gold ±2x; EDC/EDZ=EM ±3x; DRN/DRV=REITs ±3x; UVXY=VIX hedge. Own bull funds when trend is up, switch to inverse/Treasuries when down; hedge with UVXY if markets look overheated.
