This portfolio splits money into 5 buckets using 42/26/16/10/6 weights. Each bucket checks simple rules every day: is the market rising or falling, has it moved too far too fast, and which choice looks strongest right now? It then switches among U.S. stocks, emerging markets, bonds, gold, real estate, and cash-like T-bills. It can also bet against markets using inverse funds.
