About

A daily-rebalanced, equal-weight, momentum-driven fund of futurist tech stocks. It screens top seven from three momentum tests (RSI 21-day, 45-day moving-average return, 10-day cumulative return), across a space/AI/quantum/nuclear/VTOL universe, and allocates equal weights to the selected names.
NutHow it works
Plain-language description of the decision logic: - The strategy looks at a defined set of futuristic stocks (space, AI, quantum computing, nuclear, VTOL, etc.). You don’t need to know every ticker—think of it as a list of promising, tech-forward companies. - It runs three independent tests to find leaders: 1) Momentum test using RSI (a simple gauge of whether a stock has recently strengthened and is likely to continue moving up). The system looks at the past 21 trading days and picks the top seven names with the strongest recent momentum. 2) Momentum test based on moving-average return over a longer window (45 days). It ranks the seven best performers by longer-term gains. 3) Momentum test based on cumulative return over a short window (10 days). It ranks the seven best performers by very recent performance. - Each test produces its own top-7 list from the universe. Every pick is treated with equal weight within that test (i.e., cash is divided evenly among the seven picks from that screen). - All three screens are intended to be combined into the final portfolio, with equal cash allocation across the selected names. The weight setup (100/100) is a way of saying every chosen asset gets equal treatment, though in practice you’d avoid over-weighting duplicates if a ticker appears in more than one screen. - Rebalancing occurs daily, so positions are refreshed to reflect the latest momentum signals. - The goal is to capture momentum across multiple futuristic sectors, potentially improving diversification of theme risk but increasing concentration in volatile, smaller-cap names. - Example universe components include rocket/space companies (RKLB, LUNR), AI/data analytics (PLTR, HIMS, SOFI, SOUN), quantum computing (IONQ, QUBT, QBTS), space imagery (PL, BKSY), VTOL interests (JOBY, ACHR), and nuclear energy (NNE, SMR, OKLO, NUScale).
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample momentum in futurist tech delivers superior risk-adjusted returns vs the S&P: oos Sharpe ~1.58, Calmar ~3.64, and strong upside across AI/space/quantum with daily equal-weight rebalancing.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
