Follows the S&P 500’s trend. In uptrends, holds a broad stock mix and adds hedges when momentum is hot. In downtrends, buys sharp dips with 3× bull ETFs or shifts to short‑Nasdaq, bonds, or a steadier dividend fund.

1) Trend check: if SPY is above its 200‑day average (a long‑term trend line), hold SCHD, VXUS, IJR, SPYG. If short‑term momentum is very hot (RSI>80), add VIXY; if just strong (60‑day RSI>60), add TLT. 2) If SPY is below trend: if QQQ or SPY are very oversold (RSI<30), buy the dip with TECL or UPRO (3× bull). Else, if tech is weak, rotate to PSQ/QID (short Nasdaq) or TLT/BSV (bonds); else use SPHD. Rebalance if weights drift >3%.
