This strategy is a bundle of many small trading systems. First it checks if market fear is high using volatility funds. If fear is high, it shifts toward more defensive systems; if not, it uses more aggressive ones. Inside each system, it asks simple questions: Is the market trend up or down? Have stocks or bonds moved too far too fast? Which sector is strongest? It then rotates among stock, bond, gold, volatility, or inverse funds—often using leveraged funds for bigger moves.
