This strategy checks the market every day and mostly asks one question: is it safe to own a turbocharged version of big US tech stocks? If the market looks healthy, it often buys TQQQ or similar funds that amplify moves in the Nasdaq or tech sector. If the market looks overheated, crashing, or unstable, it shifts into very short-term Treasury funds, volatility funds, or bearish hedges. It also sometimes buys sharp dips, betting on a rebound.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
