About

Holds Bitcoin only when it’s in an uptrend and showing strong momentum (above its 200‑day and 50‑day averages and PPO signal > 2.5%). Otherwise, it moves to Tether (USD‑pegged). All-in or all-out.
NutHow it works
It switches between Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT, a USD‑pegged coin). Buy BTC only if: (1) its price is above the 200‑day and 50‑day moving averages (the average price over those days), and (2) a momentum gauge (PPO: how much a fast vs slow average diverge) is > 2.5%. If any test fails, hold USDT. It flips only when signals change.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: 25.5% annualized return vs 17.5% (S&P), Sharpe ~1.20 vs ~0.96, and max drawdown ~13.8% vs 18.8%. A low-beta, trend+momentum crypto strategy that sits in USDT on weakness for higher risk-adjusted gains.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
