It watches trends and “stress” across stocks, bonds, commodities, the US dollar, and volatility. If uptrends are strong, it leans into stocks (sometimes 2x–3x funds like TQQQ/UPRO). If trends weaken or fear rises, it moves to safer assets (Treasuries, T‑bills, gold, dollar) and can use short funds. It also runs commodity/currency trend trades and a VIX‑based crash hedge. Signals use: price vs its average, recent returns, RSI (a 0–100 speedometer of buying/selling), and size of recent drops.
