About

A 60% stocks/40% Treasuries mix that mostly uses 3×‑leveraged ETFs (TQQQ, UPRO, TMF, TYD) with a small core in regular funds (QQQ, SPY, TLT, IEF). Aims for higher returns with much bigger swings. Rebalanced monthly.
NutHow it works
Monthly it targets 60% stocks and 40% U.S. Treasury bonds. Within each sleeve, 80% goes to 3×‑leveraged funds and 20% to regular funds. Stocks are split between Nasdaq‑100 (QQQ/TQQQ) and S&P 500 (SPY/UPRO). Bonds split between long (TLT/TMF) and 7–10 yr (IEF/TYD). Leveraged ETFs magnify daily moves, so gains and losses are larger; total exposure is >100%.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample shows 25.4% annualized return vs 20.6% for the S&P, with broader exposure and leverage across stocks and treasuries. Higher upside and diversification—balanced by larger drawdowns, ideal for long-horizon, risk-tolerant investors.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
