This strategy constantly asks: are stocks, especially tech, getting too hot, falling too hard, or calming down? If tech looks overheated, it buys volatility funds that can jump when fear rises. If stocks look beaten down, it may buy aggressive tech funds for a rebound or move to short-term bonds. In quieter markets, it often holds volatility-income funds and sometimes mixes them with leveraged tech.
