About

A daily, tech‑focused timing strategy. If the Nasdaq is weak, it sits in T‑bills. If strong, it compares tech’s short‑term “heat” vs managed futures; then buys 2 leveraged bull or bear tech funds with the biggest recent dip (lowest RSI).
NutHow it works
1) Check the trend: If QQQ (Nasdaq‑100) is below its 200‑day average, hold BIL (T‑bills). 2) If above, compare 10‑day RSI of XLK (tech) vs KMLM (managed‑futures trend fund). RSI is a 0–100 recent‑speed score: high=rising fast, low=fallen. 3) If XLK>KMLM, buy 2 of TQQQ/TECL/SOXL (3x bull) with the lowest RSI; else buy 2 of SQQQ/TECS/SOXS (3x bear). Equal‑weight; checked daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Regime-filtered tech strategy shifts between leveraged bets and cash. It aims to diversify SPY and capture tech cycles when conditions favor, while avoiding Nasdaq downturns. Caution: OOS shows negative annualized return and larger drawdowns than SPY.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
