This strategy is a fast-moving market timing system. It checks each day whether U.S. stocks—especially tech and semiconductor stocks—look overheated, washed out, or in a clear trend. When markets look too hot, it often bets against them or buys volatility. When they look badly beaten down, it may buy for a rebound. In calmer periods, it rotates among aggressive tech, chip, stock-market, or Treasury funds based on recent strength and bond-market signals.
