Each day, the strategy first checks the overall U.S. stock market using SPY, a fund that tracks the S&P 500. If SPY is below its 200-day average price, it plays defense: it buys the 3 stronger choices from a safer mix like bonds, utilities, gold, silver, lower-volatility stocks, real estate, or broad stock funds. If SPY is above that long-term trend line, it goes on offense: 75% goes into the 3 strongest tech/growth stocks, and 25% into the 2 strongest tech funds.
