Uses simple rules to be risk‑on in calm uptrends and defensive in stress. It checks: trend (price vs a 200‑day average), volatility (VIX via VIXY), and short‑term “hot/cold” scores (RSI) plus moving averages. Risk‑on: tilt to growth (Nasdaq/tech via TQQQ, TECL, SOXL). Risk‑off: shift to T‑Bills (BIL), Treasuries (TLT/TMF), or hedges (SQQQ, UVXY). Also rotates into bonds, gold (GLD), US dollar (UUP), broad commodities (DBC), energy/oil, and a small crypto slice (BITW). RSI = quick overbought/oversold gauge; moving average = trend line.
