Step 2: If tech just plunged, it toggles UVXY vs SVIX (calm). Step 3: Otherwise it reads volatility and rates to rotate among cash/T‑Bills, Treasuries, short index funds, or SPY. Equal‑weights picks. Examples it trades: SPY, TQQQ/SQQQ, SVIX/UVXY, TLT/IEF, SHY/BIL, UUP, GLD.
