This strategy is a big market “thermostat.” It checks each day whether markets look overheated, weak, calm, or panicky. If stocks have surged too fast, it shifts toward fear hedges like VIXY plus defensive holdings such as BTAL, EUM, and short-term Treasury funds. If markets are falling hard, it sometimes buys beaten-down tech funds for a rebound. It also rotates among bonds, gold, the U.S. dollar, real estate, and commodities based on trend rules.
