This strategy starts with a diversified mix: mostly stocks, plus bonds and some real assets. Then it constantly checks whether markets look strong, weak, overheated, or panicky. If things look healthy, it leans into stock sectors like technology, healthcare, and financials. If markets look stressed, it shifts part of the money into safer areas like short-term Treasuries, gold, low-volatility funds, or funds that rise when stocks fall or fear spikes.
