Each day it checks simple signals: short‑term “heat” (RSI = a speedometer of recent up/down moves) and trend (price vs moving averages). If stocks look overheated, it shifts into volatility funds (UVXY/VIXY) or shorts. If they’ve dropped but trends are ok, it buys tech (TQQQ/QLD). Otherwise it prefers Treasuries (TLT/TMF), gold/oil if trending up, or T‑Bills. It scales hedge size to signal strength.
