A two-part strategy: mostly convertible bonds when markets look healthy, mostly cash-like T-bills when they don’t, plus a smaller tactical tech trade that turns bullish or bearish based on market conditions.

The portfolio keeps 75% in a cautious bond sleeve and 25% in a more aggressive tech sleeve. If key bond markets are trending well, it owns convertible bonds and tech stocks. If those signals weaken, it moves the core to T-bills and uses the smaller sleeve to either bet on a short-term tech bounce or defend with Treasuries and a bearish tech position.
