About

A daily, volatility‑driven strategy that flips among long fear (UVXY/VIXY), short fear (SVIX), short stocks (SPXU), or cash/treasuries (BIL), using hot/cold readings and fast‑move checks to add/remove protection. High risk; uses leveraged ETFs.
NutHow it works
Daily, it reads a “hot/cold” meter (RSI: 0–100; >~75 = too hot) on many stock/sector funds. - If things look overheated, it buys UVXY/VIXY (funds that jump when fear rises). - If markets drop fast, it blends SPXU (3x short S&P 500) and SVIX (bets fear falls). - If fear calms, it holds SPY (stocks) or BIL (T‑bills).
CheckmarkValue prop
Offers crisis hedging and diversification by dynamically shifting into volatility and inverse equity exposure when markets heat up. Not a core equity replacement—out-of-sample results lag the S&P, but it can dampen drawdowns as a tactical sleeve within a diversified portfolio.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
