This strategy checks the market every day and asks: is the market too hot, too cold, or calm? If big tech has run up too fast, it buys UVXY, a fund that tends to rise when fear jumps. If the broad market looks too overheated, it splits between UVXY and EDZ, a bearish emerging-markets fund. If big tech has fallen too fast, it buys URTY, a leveraged small-company stock fund, betting on a rebound. If none of those extremes apply and volatility looks calm, it buys whichever of several stock/risk funds has been strongest lately. If volatility conditions look unhealthy, it hides in BTAL, a more defensive fund.
