Daily, it checks simple signals. - If QQQ or SPY looks “overheated” (RSI>80), it buys VIXY (goes up when market fear jumps). - If QQQ looks “washed out” (RSI<30), it buys XLK (US large‑cap tech). - Otherwise: if SVXY (benefits from calm) is above its 24‑day average, it picks the stronger of SVXY or VTI (broad US stocks) over the last 20 days; if not, it holds BTAL (defensive, market‑neutral).
