About

Daily, it uses a 200‑day trend on SPY to pick offense or defense, then chooses one ETF from small baskets using a short‑term “hot/cold” score (RSI). Offense leans tech and short‑vol (SVXY); defense uses inverse index funds, bonds, or gold.
NutHow it works
First it tests if SPY is in an uptrend using a 200‑day average. In uptrends it rotates into the strongest choice among leveraged tech/stock funds (TQQQ, UPRO, TECL), long Treasuries (TMF), or gold (UGL). It also runs a volatility sleeve: usually SVXY (profits when fear fades), but flips to UVXY if the market looks overheated, or to TQQQ after sharp drops. In downtrends it favors hedges (PSQ, SQQQ, SPXS, TYO) or a defensive SVXY/BTAL mix. RSI is a 0–100 recent‑moves “hot/cold” gauge. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Regime‑driven strategy targets tech upside and volatility carry with tactical hedges. OOS returns near SPY (23.42% vs 23.90%), but higher risk and larger drawdowns—more upside in rallies, but greater downside risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
