First it checks trend: if SPY is above its 200‑day average (uptrend) it’s risk‑on; otherwise risk‑off. Risk‑on: ride tech/semis with leveraged funds (TQQQ, SOXL). If a “too‑hot” gauge (RSI 0–100) nears 80, buy volatility (UVXY). If momentum cracks, rotate to SQQQ or Treasuries (TLT/TMF). KMLM (trend‑following futures ETF) confirms: strong = allow top single‑stock leveraged picks; weak = use inverse tech. Mixes sub‑rules and weights calmer ones more (inverse 5‑day vol). Daily rebalance.
