This strategy is a market-timing system focused on semiconductor stocks. It first checks if the overall U.S. stock market looks healthy using SPY. If yes, it usually buys either the strongest large chip stocks or a semiconductor fund. If the sector looks shaky, it may put part of the money into bonds or defensive assets. When conditions look weak, it can become aggressive: buying semiconductor dips, or even betting against the sector with inverse funds.
