About

A rules-based, daily “safety-first” strategy: ride strong uptrends in growth/energy/commodities, swiftly rotate to Treasuries/cash or shorts when trends break, and deploy VIX ETFs as crash airbags to keep drawdowns small.
NutHow it works
It’s a daily “seatbelt” system. When stocks trend up, it rides leaders (mainly tech via QQQ/TQQQ/TECL/SOXL; energy via XLE; broad commodities like DBC). If momentum weakens, it shifts to Treasuries (TLT/TMF), cash‑like T‑Bills (BIL/SHV), or inverse funds (PSQ/SH). If markets look overheated, it adds VIX ETFs (UVXY/VIXY) as airbags. Signals use price vs. its average and simple hot/oversold gauges.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: higher risk-adjusted growth—OOS return ~29.6% vs SPY 26.4%, Sharpe ~2.25 vs 2.18, Calmar ~6.17, plus trend rotation and VIX hedges to protect capital.
