Tickers: IEF=7–10y US Treasuries, XLK=Tech, SPY=S&P 500, SOXX=Semis, SOXL/SOXS=3x bull/bear Semis, SPLV/USMV=Low‑vol US stocks, BIL=T‑Bills. It first sees whether bonds or tech have stronger recent momentum (RSI). If bonds win and the S&P’s up >~3% lately, buy the calmer of SPLV/USMV; otherwise buy SOXL. If tech wins, a short‑term trend check on SOXX then 4‑week moves decide SOXL vs SOXS; after big runs it holds ~60% BIL + 40% SOXS. 3x ETFs are very volatile.
